With a facial change, children and adults don't just get their face painted — they become someone magical for the day. I founded Goli's Face & Body Painting to bring that spark of wonder to every birthday, festival, school fair and family celebration across the Bay Area.
I'm a professionally certified face painting artist, and I only work with premium, FDA-approved skin-safe paints. Whether your child dreams of being a glittering unicorn, a fierce tiger or Queen Elsa herself, I arrive dressed to match the theme and painted to match the dress — because the magic should start the moment I walk through your door.
My favorite moment? The mirror reveal. The wide eyes, the giant grin, the instant twirl — that's why I love what I do, and it's what your guests will remember long after the cake is gone.

Parents ask us about safety more than anything else — and they should! Here is exactly what touches your child's skin, in plain language. We use only professional cosmetic-grade face paints that are non-toxic, paraben-free, fragrance-free and easy to wash off. Never acrylics, never craft paint.

Every color we use is a professional cosmetic-grade face paint designed for skin — never acrylics or craft paint. All brands are reviewed against EU & FDA toy and cosmetic regulations, non-toxic and paraben-free.
Gentle Even on Sensitive Skin
We choose hypoallergenic, fragrance-free formulas that are friendly to the most delicate skin. A small patch test is always advised and happily provided for children with sensitive skin.
Hygienic Tools & Setup
Clean brushes and sponges for every child, sanitised kit between parties, sealed paints and fresh water — hygiene standards worthy of a certified Face Painting Academy artist.
Washes Off Easily
All our paints are water-based: they come off with mild soap and warm water — no scrubbing, no harsh removers, no tears at bath time.

Good to know: even with the gentlest paints, a small skin patch test is always advised — just ask and we'll happily test a tiny area first. The Modern Henna paste we use is natural brown henna. We do not use "black henna" or PPD-based products, which can harm skin. Paints are for external use only and not applied near eyes or on broken skin.
